Tree removal
Dead, leaning, storm-damaged or simply in the way. We take down trees of every size, including the ones right next to your house, fence, garage or power lines.

Safe removal, start to finish
Every removal starts with a plan: where each piece will come down, what needs protecting and how to get the equipment in.
- Full removal of trees of any size
- Sectional removal in tight spaces, rigged down piece by piece
- Bucket truck access for tall trees
- Crane-assisted removal for the biggest and hardest-to-reach trees
- Brush chipped and hauled away
- Wood hauled off, or cut and left for firewood if you want it
- Stump grinding available at the same visit
Signs a tree should come down
Not sure? We'll take a look during your free estimate and tell you straight whether it needs to go.
Dead or dying
No leaves in season, bark falling off or brittle branches that snap easily.
Leaning toward something
A new or growing lean toward your house, driveway or power lines.
Cracks or splits
Deep cracks in the trunk or a split where two big limbs meet.
Rot or hollow trunk
Mushrooms at the base, soft wood or a hollow sound when tapped.
Root problems
Roots lifting the soil, or damage from construction or digging.
Too close to the house
Limbs on the roof or roots near the foundation.
How a removal goes
Look it over
We check the tree, what's under it and how to get the truck in.
Plan the cuts
We decide where each piece comes down and how it's rigged.
Take it down
Top to bottom, in sections where needed, with the area kept clear.
Clean up
Brush chipped, wood handled your way, yard raked clean.
Stay away from it and call your electric company first. Never try to move a tree or limb that's in contact with a line.
Can you take down a tree right next to my house?
Yes. Trees near houses, garages and fences are taken down in sections and lowered with ropes so nothing falls where it shouldn't.
What happens to the wood?
Your choice. We can haul it all away, or cut it to firewood length and leave it stacked for you.
Do you grind the stump too?
Stump removal is a separate service, and we can usually do it on the same visit. Just ask when you get your estimate.
How much does tree removal cost?
It depends on the tree's size, where it is and how hard it is to reach. Your estimate is free, and you'll know the price before any work starts.
